3. AdminPro Subscription

AdminPro Subscription is a monthly advisory service designed to provide clients with ongoing administrative, accounting, and HR support. The subscription includes:

• Access to exclusive resources and tools.

• Tailored strategies based on the client’s business needs.

Payment Terms

AdminPro Subscription operates on a monthly billing cycle. Clients will be billed on the first day of each month for the upcoming month’s services. All fees are due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid within [X] days to avoid service interruption. Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenium Management Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the last [X] months.
